The Bishop Irenaeus of Bac of the Serbian Orthodox Church, who was among the three candidates for the election of the new Patriarch of Serbia, tested positive for the coronavirus and has been placed under quarantine, informs orthodoxtimes.

As reported by doxologiainfonews.com, the Bishop’s clinical picture shows that he does not have pneumonia but has a high fever. He is under the supervision of a doctor and is undergoing treatment.
