On July the 19th 2020 it was informed that Pavel Filyushkin, appointed as the prior of the UOC-KP community in Madrid, had arrived at the parish and began serving. This was reported in the group “Parish of the Resurrection of the Lord of the UOC-KP in Madrid” on Facebook.
On April the 1st 2020 it was announced that Filaret appointed to Madrid a cleric for a local UOC-KP parish. The cleric could not get to the place of serving by reason of quarantine restrictions. The church is located by the address calle Almazan, 40, Metro Luceru.
“Our church community in Madrid has not had regular services for a long time. From time to time, the Dean of Europe dealt with it, and now we can rejoice at the relief”, commented the appointment in the European Dean’s Office of the UOC-KP.
