SMM-manager Viktoriya Savchenko in an interview with Dialog.TUT told how bot farms operate, how to distinguish a real person from a bot and how the campaign against the UOC is conducted with the help of bots.
“BotoFarms do exist, and there are many of them. Usually there is a person-owner who has a group of bots for different target audiences: separately for Facebook, for YouTube and for Instagram. Clients come to these people and order this or that activity”, – Victoria noted.
She added that if someone is ordered, “the customer issues a technical task, which may include theses for voicing. Also, the TOR contains links to specific publications that must be constantly quoted. Each message of the bot must contain the words and phrases needed by the customer”.
When asked whether, for example, the phrase “down with the Moscow pop,” the manager replied:
“Exactly so. Or “suitcase – train station – Russia”. And here a few people sit down and work out the order”, – she explained.
We will remind, earlier we wrote that the lawyer Robert Amsterdam said that during consultations with members of the UOC in Kiev this week documented numerous cases of harassment and false statements.
