On June 5, 2023, the case of the Metropolitan of Tulchin and Bratslav UOC Jonathan (Yeletsky) was considered in the Vinnytsia City Court. This is reported by the publication vinbazar.com.
The prosecutor’s office accuses Metropolitan Jonathan under Article 436-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which concerns the justification, recognition of lawfulness and denial of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine and the glorification of its participants.
It is noted that after consideration of the case, the next meeting was scheduled for June 8. It should announce the verdict.
