Court extends round-the-clock house arrest for Metropolitan Pavel

On May 29, 2023, a meeting of the Solomensky District Court of Kyiv was held. This is reported by the Telegram channel Politics of the country.

The court extended for 60 days a measure of restraint in the form of round-the-clock house arrest to the rector of the Kiev-Pechersk Lavra, Metropolitan of the UOC Pavel (Lebed).

“The defense side of the monastery’s abbot stated that it would appeal against this decision,” the statement said.
