The Pechersk District Court of Kiev ordered the competent persons of the Pechersk UE of the Main Directorate of the National Police to enter information about a criminal offense in the Unified Register of Pre-trial Investigations against one of the “activists” with radical views. This was reported by lawyer Nikita Chekman on his own Telegram channel.

According to the lawyer, “on social networks, the latter disseminated messages that, by their content, offended the feelings of believers of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church, and provided clear instructions on how to provoke clergy and believers of the UOC.”

“We hope that the police will comply with the court decision and will objectively carry out an investigation in the specified criminal proceedings,” the lawyer added.
