On May 16, 2023, a trial was to be held in the case of the demolition of the UOC temple near the Church of the Tithes, but the judges did not appear at the meeting, the press service of the Ministry of Culture reports.

The ministry noted that they did not know either the reasons for the absence of judges or the date of the next meeting.

“The case on the liberation of the territory of the National Museum of the History of Ukraine from the “temple-kiosk” of the UOC is being dragged out,” the Ministry of Culture added.
