“Metropolitan” of Ternopil Nestor Pysyk said that their structure is not opposed to the Greek Catholics serving there after the Pochaev Lavra “passes” to the OCU. He said this in an interview with Suspіlny.

Nestor Pysyk told reporters that his personal position is that “the Pochaev Lavra should become the same common shrine as Zarvanitsa, familiar to everyone.”

He added that Zarvanitsa belongs to the Greek Catholic Church, but when “Orthodox priests” from the OCU with parishioners “come as pilgrims, they have the right to pray there.”
