The mayor’s office and the prosecutor’s office of Kremenchuk through the court require the conclusion of a security agreement for a cultural heritage site – the Holy Assumption Church. This publication “Kremenchug newspaper” became aware of the register of court decisions.

It is noted that the judge of the Poltava District Administrative Court Golovko A.B., having checked the materials of the administrative claim of the Department of Culture and Tourism of the Kremenchug City Council against the Holy Assumption Religious Community of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church in the city of Kremenchug, scheduled a court hearing for March 9, which will consider the issue of concluding security agreement.

“The conclusion of the contract provides that the owner, the body authorized by him or the user is obliged to maintain the monument in proper condition, carry out repairs in a timely manner, and protect it from damage, destruction or destruction,” the statement says.
