The Chernivtsi military registration and enlistment office refused to bring the body of a soldier of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, an Orthodox warrior Viktor from the village of Zadubrovka, who died in the battles near Bakhmut, to his relatives. This was announced on February 5, 2023 by the Telegram channel of the Chernivtsi-Bukovina diocese of the UOC.
Representatives of the military registration and enlistment office forced the relatives to look for transport on their own and go to the Lvov morgue for the body of their son.
“The son, at the cost of his life, covered his brother from the shell in the trench near Bakhmut. After that, having grown fat in the rear on military salaries, the OCU chaplains brazenly violated the last will of the late Viktor Buryakovsky, a serviceman of military unit A4436, and publicly humiliated his mother, ”the message says.
