The information service of the Tulchin diocese of the UOC denied the report of the newspaper “NaParizhe” about the appeal letter of the head of the Tulchin diocese of the UOC, Metropolitan Ionafan (Yeletsky) to the Supreme Court of Ukraine and said that it does not exist.

There is also no official metropolitan residence in the Bershad community of the Vinnitsa region.

The information service of the Tulchin diocese reminds the editor of the newspaper and its esteemed readers that, according to the laws of Ukraine, only the court establishes the criminal guilt of the accused by the bodies of inquiry, the diocese writes.
