Alexander Drabinko got into a scandal because of the sale of the estate in Pechersk to the “servant of the people” Khalimon

People’s deputy from the “Servant of the People” Pavel Khalimon acquired an estate in the center of Kyiv on the Pechersk Hills, along with a land plot of 10 acres. All this cost him only UAH 10 million 300 thousand, of which the cost of the house was UAH 6.5 million, and the plot – UAH 3.8 million. The seller was the “bishop” of the OCU Alexander Drabinko, writes the Commander-in-Chief.

Alexander Drabinko testified in the document that he considers the sale price specified in the contract to be profitable for himself. At the same time, houses near the Botanical Garden of a similar area cost about UAH 50-60 million.

“Yes, the house is indeed sold. The sale was handled by my brother through a realtor. To whom they sold, I was not interested, I have not used it since 2013, and I really had to sell it at a significantly lower price, since no one gave what they asked for for it for many reasons. There are buildings all around, and no one gave what could be asked 10 years ago,” he said.

Drabinko added that the price received is a trade secret. And he seems to have sold too cheaply, because money was needed, especially since the war began. The seller explained that the price was below market because the house had lost its value. After all, it was abandoned and besides, there was a fire in it earlier. “In fact, for living it was necessary to redo it completely,” summed up the “bishop” of the OCU.
