Deputies of the Uman City Council on December 7 during the session decided to ban the UOC. This was reported in the press service of the City Council.

The deputies prepared an appeal to the Verkhovna Rada with a proposal to “ban the Russian Orthodox Church and all its structural divisions on the territory of Ukraine.”

“Russian structures cannot be on the territory of Ukraine. Therefore, I believe that it is necessary to clean out everything connected with the aggressor country from our lives, ”said Irina Pletneva, chairman of the City Council.
