His Beatitude expresses sympathy over the death of the Cypriot primate

On November 7, 2022, His Beatitude Metropolitan Onufry of Kyiv and All Ukraine expressed his condolences to the members of the Holy Synod of the Cypriot Orthodox Church, the clergy and believers in connection with the death of Archbishop Chrysostom II of Cyprus, the DECR website of the UOC reports.

In a letter to the Holy Synod of the Cypriot Orthodox Church, His Beatitude Metropolitan Onufry wrote that he prays for the forgiveness of all the sins of Archbishop Chrysostom, voluntary and involuntary, and for the repose of the soul of the newly deceased there, “where there is no sickness, no sorrow, no sighing, but life is endless.”
