Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia and Metropolitan Tikhon of Pskov and Porkhov were included in the list of sanctions of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine against 2507 individuals and 1374 legal entities. President Volodymyr Zelensky signed the relevant decrees No. 726 and No. 727, according to the website of the Head of State.

On October 20, the press service of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine stated that the president had put in place “very powerful sanctions against the enemies of our state.”
