A web message appeared that the ex-Metropolitan of the UOC, now the hierarch of the OCU, Simeon Shostatsky, after his arrival in Thassos, will visit Cyprus.

A google form for registering participants in a meeting with Shostatsky and local activists, scheduled for September 7, 2022, has also been published.

“You can come and ask your questions, talk about religious needs, express your opinion about the need for the functioning of the OCU in Cyprus,” the announcement says.

Previously, the impossibility of forming OCU cells outside Ukraine was insisted on.
