The National Security and Defense Council introduced new alarms: about chemical, radiation hazards and about evacuation from the city, the National Security and Defense Council reported.

“The signal of chemical danger is the sound of church bells. The signal of radiation danger is the ringing of alarms. The signal for evacuation from the city sounds like a train whistle,” the report says.
