On August 17, 2022, on the occasion of the eighth anniversary of the enthronement of the Primate of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church, His Beatitude Metropolitan Onuphry of Kyiv and All Ukraine, a Divine Liturgy was held on the main square of the Assumption Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra, the Informational and Educational Department of the UOC reports.

The Primate of the UOC, Metropolitan Onuphry of Kyiv, addressed the present bishops, clergymen, monastics and laity with words of gratitude:

“Everything that has been done during this period of good is all the result of our common efforts, our common prayers, our common patience and humility.”
