The Office of the Warsaw Metropolis announced the publication of the Parish Charter of the Polish Autocephalous Orthodox Church, adopted by the decision of the Council of Bishops of the PAOC (Polskiego Autokefalicznego Kościoła Prawosławnego) No. 288 of December 9, 1998. At the same time, the Chancellery’s statement recalls that the organization of church life of the PAOC is determined by the law of July 4, 1991 “On the Relations of the State with the Polish Autocephalous Orthodox Church”, published in the official newspaper Wiadomosci PAKP and in the Bulletin of Laws for 2014.
