The court finally banned the re-registration of the UOC community in the Vinnitsa region

On July 30, 2021, the Administrative Court of Kyiv, taking into account the numerous violations of religious communities by the Vinnitsa Regional State Administration, prohibited the re-registration of religious communities in the Murovanokurilovka deanery. However, the head of the Department for Nationalities and Religions of the Vinnitsa Regional State Administration, Igor Saletsky, filed an appeal against this court decision.

The panel of judges, having considered his petition on July 12, 2022, left the decision of the Administrative Court unchanged, which means a further ban on the Vinnitsa Regional State Administration from illegally re-registering religious communities in our Murovanokurilovets deanery.
