A meeting of the heads of the Churches of Constantinople and Greece will take place

A meeting between Patriarch Bartholomew of Constantinople and the head of the Church of Greece, Archbishop of Athens and All Hellas Ieronymos, is planned. The meeting will take place on June 16, 2022 at the residence of the Archdiocese of Athens, orthodoxianewsagency reports.

On Friday, June 17, 2022, the ceremony of proclaiming Patriarch Bartholomew an Honorary Professor of the Greek Open University will take place.

The last meeting of the primates shortly before this took place in Thessaloniki as part of the visit of Patriarch Bartholomew.
