A freelance cleric of the Russian Orthodox Church, Kirill Govorun, said that he was moving to the Patriarchate of Constantinople, but “the process has not yet been completed.” He spoke about this with Orest Sohar for the “Observer”.

“I am on my way to another jurisdiction from the Russian Orthodox Church, <…> I now mainly have an academic ministry. <…> I am in the process of moving to another jurisdiction – the Patriarchate of Constantinople. The process has not yet been completed,” Govorun said.
