According to the National Police of Ukraine, officers of the Criminal Investigation Department have detained a person suspected of espionage and a person associated with him, who is called on social networks and unscrupulous media “a priest of the Moscow Patriarchate Father Onuphry (Sergey Tarasov)”.

The Kyiv Metropolis reports that Hieromonk Onuphry with the secular name Sergey Tarasov does not exist in the staff of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church, and the Ukrainian Orthodox Church has nothing to do with him.
