“In order for the churches of the so-called “Moscow Patriarchate” to pass into the bosom of the OCU, it is necessary to hold a meeting of the community. According to Ukrainian legislation, the community must make a decision proceeding from the subordination of the Moscow Patriarchate, the corresponding application is submitted to the Regional State Administration. The administration registers a statement – and the community becomes subordinate to the OCU,” Zinkevich said.
