Aggressive war is a great crime against the Almighty. In the name of saving the lives of the Ukrainian and Russian military, civilian Ukrainians, true believers must do everything to stop the bloodshed.”

The All-Ukrainian Council of Churches and Religious Organizations calls on the President of Russia for peacemaking dialogue as “the only pious way to correct mutual difficulties and contradictions.”

“The All-Ukrainian Council of Churches and Religious Organizations is ready to contribute to such a dialogue and is ready to make all the necessary efforts to find ways that could lead to a decrease in tension between our countries and help restore peace, prevent the possibility of developing new large-scale conflicts, maintain mutual understanding and cooperation between people all over the world,” the religious figures of Ukraine offer in their appeal.

It is noted that “today we pray to the Creator of the Universe with a special request for wisdom for those who are authorized to make decisions so significant for the whole world, in whose hands the fate of mankind turned out to be.
