John Jaresko, the representative of the “Vicariate of the OCU” in the USA, counted the guests at the banquet of the “Bishop” of the UOC-KP in the USA, Luka Zgoba, which was organized for the sponsors of Filaret’s North American Vicariate after the “episcopal consecration” of his secretary. The number of guests and clergy seemed insufficient to him, which he noted on Facebook.

“This “Patriarchal” church is a Russian parish… Read their website and history… look at the names of the council, the choir, the donors… Unfortunately, this is just another stain for the Ukrainians… and the empty tables at the feast, at least the majority of Ukrainians in Philadelphia doesn’t perceive it… It’s a shame…,” said John Jaresko, commenting on the photo report from the banquet, posted on the website of the UOC-KP in the USA.

At the same time, resources of Filaret’s Vicariate report that “bishop” Luka Zgoba is already planning new “consecrations” in the United States.

Earlier, supporters of the “Kyiv Patriarchate” in the American diaspora explained to the supporters of the transition to the OCU that this jurisdiction does not exist outside of Ukraine, and also recalled how Zgoba had actively sponsored their needs.

Also, the UOC-KP warned the Ukrainians of Chicago about “the lies and fakes of the OCU.”
