At the end of the Liturgy, the clergy glorified the holy Apostle Philip. Archbishop Theophylact conveyed the blessing and congratulations of the Primate of the Russian Orthodox Church to the participants in the service.

The laying of the foundation stone for the Holy Philip Church in 2007 was made by the chairman of the Department for External Church Relations of the Moscow Patriarchate, Metropolitan Kirill of Smolensk and Kaliningrad, now His Holiness Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia. Prince of the Emirate of Sharjah Ben Sagr Al Qasemi took part in the laying and opening of the cultural and educational center.
