Believers of the UOC in the village of Karapchev are building a church for the whole village

The religious community of the UOC in honor of the Nativity of the Mother of God in the village of Karapchev, Vizhnitsa deanery, shows great unity in the construction of a brick church. In addition to men, women and even children of the village also contribute to the construction of the temple, according to the Chernivtsi-Bukovina diocese.

Today, parishioners are praying in a temporary church. Anyone who wants to join the construction of the temple can contact the rector of the temple: Priest John +38 096 445 25 14

We remind you that in the village of Karapchev at the end of 2018, the cleric of the UOC Georgy Radulyak transferred to the OCU and, using the support of the territorial community, which is traditionally much larger than the religious community, transferred the temple to the newly created OCU. Now the “priest” Georgy Radulyak is banned from the priesthood, therefore the sacraments performed by him are invalid.
