Before the start of the work of the vaccination station, medical equipment and vials with vaccines were sprinkled with holy water. The center is open not only for the parishioners of the cathedral, but also for everyone.
It was also reported about the opening of vaccination points in the Lutheran Cathedral of St. Paul on Novoselsky, 68 and in Odessa Greek Catholics.
At the same time, a coronavirus vaccination point was opened in Zaporozhye in the Holy Protection Cathedral of the UOC, Ukrinform reports.
The vaccination point will be open on Sundays from 08:00 to 13:00. There will be 2 nurses and 3 registrars working there. Up to 200 vaccinations can be given per day.
Archpriest Dmitry Shulyak noted that among the believers there are many who would like to be vaccinated, but there was no time.
