On November 11, 2021, an International Scientific and Practical Conference will be held on the topic: “Catholicism of the Church: Theological, Canonical and Historical Dimensions.” The conference is organized by the Ukrainian Orthodox Church. The scientific forum is dedicated to the theological and canonical understanding of the principle of the conciliarity of the Church and the issue of primacy among the Local Orthodox Churches, writes the Telegram channel of Kiev Theological Academy.
In addition to theologians and scholars from the Ukrainian Orthodox Church, the conference will be attended by representatives of seven Local Orthodox Churches: Antioch, Russian, Serbian, Bulgarian, Polish, Orthodox Church of the Czech Lands and Slovakia and the Orthodox Church in America.
