On November 2, 2021, the representative of the Patriarch of Antioch and All the East under the Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia, Metropolitan Niphon of Philippopolis, the representative of the Patriarch of Serbia under the Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia, Bishop Anthony of Moravic, representative of the Orthodox Church of the Czech lands and Slovakia under the Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia, Archimandrite Seraphim (Shemyatovsky) and the representative of the Orthodox Church in America under the Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia, Archpriest Daniel Andreyuk arrived in the Kazan diocese.

As mospat informs, representatives of the Local Churches will take part in church celebrations on the occasion of the celebration of Our Lady of Kazan, established in memory of the deliverance of Moscow and Russia from the invaders in 1612.

Distinguished guests will also speak at the international scientific and theological conference “Theology and secular sciences: traditional and new relationships”, which is taking place these days at the Kazan Theological Seminary.
