The head of the legal service of the UOC-KP, Neonila Tkachenko, is filing a lawsuit against the OCU, its religious center and its leader, aimed at protecting her honor, dignity and business reputation.
“The case will end in the European Court of Human Rights,” Tkachenko predicts.
She informs that Konstantin Moskalyuk, an employee of the OCU press service, published information on the materials of the court case against Tkachenko, opened 13 years ago, on social networks.
“This criminal proceeding does exist in the Kyiv court of Odessa, but it is not being implemented, there is no concealment of me from justice, in fact, for 13 years, neither the representatives of the prosecutor’s office nor the victims have appeared in court,” says Neonila Tkachenko.
She also intends to find out how the proceeding data leaked to the press service of the OCU.
In addition, screenshots of the correspondence with Moskalyuk, who called Tkachenko a fraud, were published on the social network.
