Another UOC community re-registered in Vinnytsia region

On October 13, 2021, the Holy Protection Community of the UOC in the village of Khodoki, Zhmerinka (formerly Bar) district, Vinnytsia region, was re-registered in favor of the OCU. This was reported on the website of the Vinnitsa diocese of the OCU.

“The decision to withdraw from the subordination of the Russian Orthodox Church in Ukraine and join the OCU was made by the community at the end of August, and the process of registering the charter in the new edition was completed on the eve of the patronal holiday,” the diocese of Simeon Shostatsky informs.

The group of parishioners of the church was informed about the re-registration by Vasily Karavay, who was entrusted with the work of the parish in the OCU. He served here twice, on September 21 and 26.
