“The charter was given by the administration,” – the OCU told where they get the documents for the seizure of churches?

The “priest” of the OCU in the Volyn region Mykola Tsarik told in a commentary to the “Spiritual Front of Ukraine” how his organization is carrying out a legal seizure of the temples of the canonical Church.

The representative of the OCU thus commented on the last seizure in the Volyn diocese of the UOC, which took place the other day in the village of Dung, where by order of the head of the Regional State Administration Yuriy Poguliaiko, after a long break, the church of the local Orthodox community was re-registered in favor of the OCU.

“Why is there such resistance at all? Because this is the first transition after such a large wave of transitions, when more than 100 churches in Volyn moved to the OCU. And this is a new wave of transitions. And today in the Moscow Patriarchate they want to suppress all this and therefore resort to such manipulations … They throw information about the “seizure of the temple” on their websites. Well, what a seized church, if the majority of believers at the general meeting voted for the transition to the OCU? If the administration gave the charter, documents for the parish, for the church as a whole, ”a representative of the OCU told about the origin of the documents for the communities stolen from the UOC.

Also, a representative of the schismatic structure says that in the UOC “they are quickly building churches on the site of those parishes that have joined the Orthodox Church of Ukraine, so that 10 people who remain in the Moscow Patriarchate will come to them.”

Nikolai Tsarik also sees in the future the inevitable “renaming” for the UOC.
