On October 10, 2021, Metropolitan Augustine of Belotserkovsky and Boguslavsky took part in the celebrations and Divine Liturgy dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the revival of the Dorostolic Metropolis of the Bulgarian Orthodox Church, the website of the Russian Orthodox Church reports.
At the end of the Liturgy, Archimandrite Vasily (Savov) read out the greeting speech of His Holiness Patriarch Neophyte of Bulgaria on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the revival of the Dorostoli Metropolis.
Metropolitan Augustine of Belotserkovsky congratulated Metropolitan Jacob of Dorostolsk on the holiday and presented him with the distinctive sign of the Bila Tserkva diocese – the medal of the Rudoselskaya icon of the 1st degree, and also presented a copy of the Pochaev Icon of the Mother of God and a facsimile edition of the Lutsk Gospel of the XIV century.
