The leader of the Batkivshchyna party, Yulia Tymoshenko, denied in court the assertion of political scientist Volodymyr Tsybulko that she tried to suspend the provision of the tomos to the OCU. Glavkom writes about this.

As reported, Tymoshenko won the lawsuit, and the political scientist’s statement was recognized as a value judgment.

In December 2018, in the Freedom of Speech program on the ICTV channel, political scientist Tsibulko said: “Yulia Tymoshenko recently visited one of the Western countries, more precisely, the Eastern countries with an ancient Church and appeals to the Patriarch to suspend the provision of the Tomos to Ukraine”.
