The Supreme Court of Ukraine opened cassation proceedings on the appeal of the UOC-KP parish near Kyiv

The Supreme Court opened cassation proceedings on raiding of the OCU in relation to the parish of the UOC-KP in Klavdievo-Tarasove. This was reported on the Facebook page of the Kyiv Patriarchate.

As noted, on September 23, 2021, the Supreme Court opened cassation proceedings on the complaint of the community superior Sergei Struk about violations committed by the courts of first and appeal instances when considering a civil case to remove obstacles to the use of property, which was filed by representatives of the OCU against Sergei Struk.

Having violated a number of laws, the courts of first and appellate instances ruled in favor of the OCU, thereby legalizing raiding in relation to the property of the parish of the holy martyrs Faith, Hope, Charity and their mother Sophia, the UOC Kyiv Patriarchate. The cassation appeal contains all the evidence that the ownership of the OCU community was granted on the basis of forged documents, the message says.

Earlier it was reported that representatives of the OCU tried to seize this temple, but this was prevented by the police.
