The National TV Council filed a lawsuit to revoke the license of the Nash TV channel due to the fact that the OCU was called schismatics

The National Council for Television and Radio Broadcasting has filed a lawsuit with the District Administrative Court of the city of Kiev to revoke the broadcasting license for the NASH 365 TV channel. This was stated in the message of the press service of the court, the corresponding claim was filed with the OASK.

Currently, OASK is deciding the issue of opening production.

“The National Council on Television and Radio Broadcasting has filed a lawsuit in court based on the decision on the results of an unscheduled visitation check, which, in particular, states the recognition of incitement to ethnic, racial and religious hatred and hatred in the statements that were broadcast on the air of Nash 365 “, – the message says.

Earlier, the National Council on Television and Radio Broadcasting announced its intention to try to revoke the license of the Nash channel through the courts because of the statements of ex-People’s Deputy Pyotr Symonenko about the OCU. According to the regulator, he “incited religious and national hatred” by his statements. In particular, the National TV Council highlighted Symonenko’s statements that the OCU are schismatics. Also, the regulator put on the list of unacceptable the words of a guest of the studio about “civil confrontation in Donbass” and “the policy of state fascization”.
