The UOC-KP purchased premises for their diocese in Odessa

The restored “Kyiv Patriarchate”, despite the lack of state registration, continues to develop in the Odessa region. The head of the legal service of the UOC-KP Neonila Tkachenko informed that a separate building was purchased for this for the diocese in Odessa.

The first floor of the building will be equipped as a temple.

“Instead of rejoicing at the achievement and helping with information, I see that the news is simply ignored. I don’t know: either envy is eating out, or a simple powerlessness before action,” Tkachenko wrote on Facebook.

As previously reported, on August 16, 2021, in the Primorsky District Court of Odessa, a court hearing was held on the claim of Tkachenko. She applied to the court in case No. 522/5671/19 on re-registration of the local diocese of the UOC-KP in favor of the OCU and the material damage caused. As the plaintiff said, she decided to abandon the claim, arguing its further inexpediency after the decision of the Supreme Court of Ukraine.
