The tablet says that the chapel was built in honor of the apparition of the devil on July 19, 2017 at 13:28 between the valley of Baltagur and Mount Coman.
According to the newspaper, the chapel was built on the initiative of one of the employees of the Verkhovyna regional branch of the SBU administration in Ivano-Frankivsk region, and was consecrated by the “priests” of the OCU.
