The program of Patriarch Bartholomew’s stay in Kiev is published by Strana.
According to the publication, the program of Bartholomew’s visit will consist of the following events:
the patriarch will meet with President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, Prime Minister Denis Shmygal and Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Dmitry Razumkov;
will take part in the ceremony of laying flowers at the monument to the victims of the Holodomor;
will hold a joint liturgy with the head of the OCU Epiphany Dumenko in the Mikhailovsky Cathedral;
will hold an evening service at St. Andrew’s Church;
will meet with the children of those killed as a result of the conflict in the Donbass;
will meet with the ambassadors of Turkey and Greece in Ukraine;
will have a lunch with the “episcopate” of the “OCU”;
will take part in the celebrations on the occasion of the anniversary of the Independence Day of Ukraine.
