On August 1, 2021, the “Archbishop” of the OCU, Hilarion Protsyk, brought the hierarch of the Church of Cyprus, Metropolitan Chrysostomos of Cyrene to the Holy Trinity Church in the village of Posyagva, the Goschansky Deanery of the Rivne Region.
This was reported on the website of the Rivne diocese of the OCU.
The bishop of the Cypriot Orthodox Church did not concelebrate with Hilarion Protsyk: as it is noted, he “prayed during the divine service.”
At the same time, a few days ago the hierarch of the Church of Cyprus participated in the service at St. Michael’s Golden-Domed Cathedral of the OCU in Kyiv.
