A participant in the attack on the UOC procession in Nizhyn told how the provocation was organized

A participant in the attack on the religious procession of the UOC in Nizhyn on June 23, an active raider of the OCU, Stanislav Proshchenko, in a commentary for Religious Pravda, described in detail how the attack on believers was organized.

Proshchenko also complained that “the installation they had prepared was destroyed by the police,” and that the participants in the procession resisted the attackers.

The attacker admitted that the “picket” was organized the day before “in a certain group in Viber,” and that the procession really followed the traditional route, like every year.

“Because of these processions, the discontent of the patriotic townspeople grew and this time resulted in a spontaneous protest action,” writes Religious Pravda. “We found out about the progress late at night, so it was too late to do something. We wrote to the Viber-group, whoever wants to – join us,” Stanislav Proshchenko continued to denounce the organizers.

Also, as it turned out, the participants in the attack tried to force the police to withdraw the convoy of the procession by another road, “on the left it would be very convenient,” says Proshchenko.

“They also say that someone was doused with urine, but I don’t know if anyone was preparing to pour urine into a bottle. I saw that the guys poured “Cola”, who had what in their hands,” Proshchenko continues to testify.

At the same time, Stanislav Proshchenko admitted that the mother of the deceased soldier, who was also involved in the “protest”, had not been beaten, thereby refuting the false materials in the media.
