The Nizhyn eparchy supported the persecuted community of the UOC in the village Bobryk

The Nizhyn eparchy of the UOC supported one of the communities that lost the church as a result of the raider actions of the OCU. The church utensils and vestments necessary for divine services were handed over by Metropolitan of Nezhinsky and Priluksky Clement (Supper) to the community of the church of St. Spyridon of Trimifuntsky village of Bobryk, Nezhinsky district, Chernihiv region, Orthodox.cn.ua reports.

The aid was delivered to the rector of the church, priest Oleg Ryzhenko on June 29, 2021.

According to media reports, the community of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church in the village. Bobrik of the Nezhinsky district of the Chernihiv region prays in the church, built instead of the Kazan temple seized by the raiders of the OCU. The new temple was consecrated by Vladyka Clement in honor of Saint Spyridon of Trimyphus on December 21, 2019.
