On June 16, 2021, His Beatitude Patriarch John X of Antioch and All the East, during a meeting with the Ukrainian delegation led by the Administrator of the UOC, Metropolitan Anthony of Boryspil and Brovary, conveyed his words of support to His Beatitude Metropolitan of Kyiv and All Ukraine Onuphry and the fullness of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church. This was reported by the Information and Education Department of the UOC.

“Convey to His Beatitude Onuphry all my love and respect, my beloved brother. And we know his love and support. And you can be sure that we are always with you,” said the Patriarch of Antioch and the whole East, John X.

The meeting took place at the Patriarchal Residence in Damascus (Syria).
