On June 1, 2021, a court hearing was held in the case of compensation for damage caused by Vasily Yuristyi (former bishop of the OCU of the Odessa-Baltic Diocese) to the structure of the Kyiv Patriarchate. Lawyer of the UOC-KP Neonila Tkachenko reported this on Facebook.

According to her, the opinion of a specialist in canon law, corresponding member of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine Dmitry Stepovyk was attached to the case materials.

The consideration of the case will continue on June 30, 2021.
