The ROC cleric Andrei Kuraev, banned from ministry, wrote on his blog that he continues to ponder the transition to the Phanar jurisdiction. “Today I met a priest from a near-foreign state. He asked me to quickly formalize my relations with Constantinople, so that others would follow this path, and in the end it would be easier for all clerics,” writes Kuraev.
