Ukrainian diplomats discussed with the head of the Church of Constantinople, Patriarch Bartholomew, the preparation of his visit to Ukraine, the DFU reports.

Deputy Foreign Minister of Ukraine Vasyl Bodnar discussed with Patriarch Bartholomew the preparations for his visit to Ukraine on May 17 at the Patriarchal residence in Constantinople (Istanbul). The Ukrainian diplomat announced this on his Facebook page.

The Ambassador of Ukraine to the Republic of Turkey Andrey Sibiga and the Consul General of Ukraine in Istanbul Alexander Haman also attended the meeting.
