Epiphany Dumenko continues his voyage on the air of Ukrainian TV channels: this time on the air of “Pryamyi” the head of the OCU said that the Ukrainian state at the level of regional state administrations “interferes with fair transitions” to its structure.
“I talked with representatives of communities who are ready to move to the OCU. However, they expect this process to become available. For example, in the Kyiv region for two years not a single transition has been registered. Despite the fact that many communities want to move. But they see that the regional state administration does not consider their appeals and does not render legal actions to re-register,” Epiphany said.
According to him, “it is necessary that the state at the level of regions, regional state administrations does not block these processes, and that the courts make fair decisions.”
