Speakers of the “OCU” in an attempt to denigrate the participation of the UOC in the delivery of the Holy Fire to Ukraine unwittingly framed their organization. After all, as was stated initially, the structure of Epiphany was expecting the arrival of the Fire on Sunday.
However, on Saturday he somehow was at the disposal of “metropolitan” Drabinko and “metropolitan” Zinkevych. There are only two explanations here. The first one. The representatives of these “hierarchs”, having crowded into the group of those who met in Zhuliany and without advertising their status, took the Fire from the delegation of the UOC. The second one. Proceeding from the logic of Epiphany about the “symbolism” of what is happening in Jerusalem, the “lords” independently lit the lamps with their “consecrated fire “(using your own lighters or matches).
In addition, with the women who brought the fire for the “OCU”, it turns out to be an uncomfortable moment. After all, the question immediately arises – why did they do it, and not the official representatives of the Epiphany`s structure? Is it because the Patriarch of Jerusalem simply would not have given them fire and therefore had to act in such roundabout ways?
